What you are buying
The MEDVERIK Readiness Assessment is a one-time digital service — a single purchase of AED 149 for one assessment and one complimentary re-check. It is not a subscription, and there is no recurring or automatic billing.
It is delivered digitally and begins immediately once your payment is confirmed. By purchasing, you agree that the service starts straight away.
When a refund is available
Once the digital assessment service has begun, we do not offer general, discretionary or change-of-mind refunds.
We will refund a payment where:
- a refund is required by the law that applies to you;
- a refund is required or processed by our payment provider, acting as merchant of record;
- you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or charged in error; or
- the paid assessment could not be delivered to you because of a technical failure on our side.
If one of these applies, contact us at the address below with your purchase reference and we will put it right.
How an approved refund is paid
An approved refund is returned through the original payment method, via our payment provider. We cannot refund to a different card or account. How long it takes to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank.
